Ashley Sayers, IBCLC is contracted with The Lactation Network to offer SIX lactation visits with no out-of-pocket cost to you. These consults can span prenatal, postpartum, and virtual consultations. If your insurance provider doesn't partner with The Lactation Network, request a super bill for reimbursement submission!

Ashley Sayers, IBCLC + full-spectrum doula offers comprehensive feeding support to individuals and families during pregnancy and up to one year postpartum. Medi-Cal covers up to nine doula visits as a participant benefit, participants can request doula consultations for feeding support. Reach out to Ashley to schedule your appointments at 360-551-5136.
Limited “care scholarships” are also available.

Full payments at the time of service are accepted via cash, credit/debit card. Limited “care scholarships” are available to those who qualify.
Investment rates are based upon insurance compensation and are as follows:Initial consult (90 minutes, prenatal or postpartum): $200
Prenatal consult (must have had at least one visit prior)- $160
Postpartum consult (must have had at least one visit prior)- $160

Ashley Sayers, IBCLC is contracted with Changing Woman Initiative to provide clinical level lactation care via Telehealth. These services are a CWI covered benefit and may be booked directly through Ashley Sayers, IBCLC or via referral from CWI.
